Late on a Friday afternoon, our fifth wheel broke a leaf spring in Wikieup, AZ, 600 miles from home! We had to have the truck and RV towed to Kingman, AZ. I called at least three places that couldn't help us until Tuesday! Ugh! The tow truck driver suggested TIC's so I called and a young man answered and said he would check to see if they had a replacement and then call me back! He did exactly that and they did have one but not sure if it would work. The tow truck driver did a "drive-by" and a gentleman at TIC's came out and measured the leaf spring while still on the tow truck and lo and behold it would work!! TIC's agreed to repair our RV right then, we could not believe it. These guys stayed after hours on a Friday night to make the repair and send us on our way. I would give this shop and their employees a hundred stars if I could! Thank you TIC's for going above and beyond!!
