Fabulous, reasonably priced, and honest ownership. Shawn does a great job and has a quick turnaround time on most repairs. Wish he did tires too. Have gotten lots of work done through Tic Automotive and have even fixed things that no one else could figure out. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of his work and I would recommend Tic to all my friends and family. I feel that he is very honest when diagnosing issues and will make a huge effort to get the job done and correctly, No up-selling unless you are interested in it and will never steer you wrong.
