Definitely 5 STARS !! A local tire shop overtightened 3 lug-nuts including 2 lockers on my Pontiac Solstice Convertible. When I went back for a rotation they were unable to remove them. I was referred to TIC Automotive and explained my situation to Jennifer. The SAE Technician found 3 stripped threaded wheel studs and had to break them to get them loose. The owner, Mr. T, personally went and found the replacement parts and his crew repaired and got me up and running. While I was waiting Mr. T found out I had my 80# BullBox (Pitbull/Boxer) with me, invited to bring him in and provided water for both of us. During my wait I had a few conversations with 3 of the staff and they treated me courteously and professionally. They knew I was concerned about further damage to my hub and brand new Chrome wheels. I was reassured that they were taking the very best care of my car and even kept me updated while my dog slept in the waiting room. During that time I saw a few happy customers come and go and also saw how knowledgable Jennifer and Mr. T were about their industry. I have found my Local Shop and will never go anywhere else. - Roger N. (Facebook Recommendation)
AMAZING!! We came in with a battery/alternator issue on our RV. They were able to get us in and diagnose the issue within 30 min. on a holiday! They ordered the alternator, got it in the next morning (new years eve) and got us out before 11:00am and only charged us for an hour a half of labor. The price was well below what we were expecting! They were honest and did impeccable work. Stephanie went above and beyond for us. Everyone that worked there was top notch!! They all went out of their way to get us back on the road on their holiday. We wish we lived closer we would go to them for all of our automotive needs. - Cindy A. (5 Star Yelp Review)
TIC Automotive is in a much nicer place and is more comfortable and professional. Sean keeps such a clean place - as I have never seen before in an automotive repair shop. He is so friendly and honest. If my car needs something he'll tell me. He is so good at working with me if I am strapped for money. Like if something can wait to be repaired without putting me in danger, or if something needs to be done TO keep me safe on the road he tells me. He is not the typical greedy auto place that replaces things without consent or even needing to be done. Sean is your man!

Fabulous, reasonably priced, and honest ownership. Shawn does a great job and has a quick turnaround time on most repairs. Wish he did tires too. Have gotten lots of work done through Tic Automotive and have even fixed things that no one else could figure out. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of his work and I would recommend Tic to all my friends and family. I feel that he is very honest when diagnosing issues and will make a huge effort to get the job done and correctly, No up-selling unless you are interested in it and will never steer you wrong. If you have any automotive issues call Shawn at TIC Automotive.

We ended up stuck in Kingman after our RV broke down. TIC himself came out to have a look at the engine as we couldn't drive it to the garage - bearing in mind they are not a mobile service. The RV was too costly for us to repair in the end, so we bought a van and took it over to them to have it checked out. They were extremely helpful and friendly. When we needed the seat belt replaced, they recommended we order it ourselves to avoid the fee charged by the garage. They even lent us tools so that we could grab a part out of an old van at a salvage yard. Just I couldn't recommend this company enough. Excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent price.

While moving from So Cal to Delaware, our RV decided to break down outside Kingman on a Sunday evening. We limped into Kingman and were so fortunate to find TIC's. Not only did they take us in as their first appointment on a Monday (high traffic days at repair shops) but they got the job done in hours not days without penalizing us on the price. The service manager was kind, friendly, and helpful. Knowing we had approximately 6 - 8 hours of waiting, he directed us to a wonderful local diner (not touristy) and a beautiful drive up the mountain. He was Awesome. If you are ever unfortunate enough to break down while traveling near Kingman or live in the area, make TIC's your repair destination.

Wish this place was EVERYWHERE we go! The best place to go for your RV chassis service! Passing through and needed an oil change! They got us in on very short notice! The nicest and friendliest people to work with. The only downside it that you can only give a 5-star rating. Easily a 100 star rating! They are so good with and caring about their customers! Tell them Khaleesi the Great Dane sent you! They took pictures of her! Just wish everyone knew about this place!

If there was a 10-star button I would go 10 stars. What a great experience! (How often can you say that about a garage?) We had a couple of leaks from our RV coming through route 66 so on our way through Kingman we thought we better get it checked out. Found this place on Yelp, so gave them a call when we hit town. A friendly lady on the phone told us to swing by straight away, and within 10 minutes of arrival, we had two men checking out the RV.
We've used them several times in the past 8 years and have always gotten great service.

Once in a while, when you lost faith in humanity, someone came along and restored it. And if you believe in God, and the battle between evil and good, we were the witness to them within three hours on our way back from AZ to CA, on a Sunday afternoon in Kingman, AZ. My husband and I traveled in our RV to attend a wedding in AZ. On the way there, we had problems with our RV and the Jeep we towed. We were able to have them both fixed after we arrived. After the wedding, we could not wait to head home to our cooler climate. However, we were still a bit leery about the condition of our RV and the Jeep.
Late on a Friday afternoon, our fifth wheel broke a leaf spring in Wikieup, AZ, 600 miles from home! We had to have the truck and RV towed to Kingman, AZ. I called at least three places that couldn't help us until Tuesday! Ugh! The tow truck driver suggested TIC's so I called and a young man answered and said he would check to see if they had a replacement and then call me back! He did exactly that and they did have one but not sure if it would work. The tow truck driver did a "drive-by" and a gentleman at TIC's came out and measured the leaf spring while still on the tow truck and lo and behold it would work!! TIC's agreed to repair our RV right then, we could not believe it. These guys stayed after hours on a Friday night to make the repair and send us on our way. I would give this shop and their employees a hundred stars if I could! Thank you TIC's for going above and beyond!!
